Rudy's, San Antonio and outlying areas. Their ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and you get a choice of brisket lean or brisket with some speck.

It's so hard to say exactly what my favorite BBQ place is. Famous daves has great sauce, Lucielle's has great BBQ, but Redhill BBQ in Upland, CA. is truely authentic Louisiana BBQ.

I would have to say for a dive Redhill BBQ in Upland, CA is truly the best.
