A 2,900-Mile Pizza Delivery

Boys & Girls: Received this link from an old Portland friend who lives in NYC. I'm on a QC mission covering the foods of Thailand, but I live in Portland and am well familiar with Brian's pizza. Yes, it is wickedly delicious and Brian is a complete crust freak, like all good bread bakers turned pizza makers. Come and visit this summer (to avoid our pre- July gray and your awful summer weather) and give Apizza a try. Secret hint: If you have a party of 8-12, you can reserve THE big table in Apizza's newly expanded space. But now you have to invite me along.

As a long-time Portlander (and avid pizza lover) I can vouch for just how good Apizza Scholls is. They've had to expand their new location to make room for the many who wait outside, rain (it is the NW) or shine, with glasses of wine in hand. I highly recommend the truffle pie or, my favorite -anchovy. There really is no comparison in Portland.
