We had a delish version of beer bread that was given to us through Tastefully Simple that sounds just like the Trader Joe's version. Turns out a copycat version is as easy as self-rising flour, sugar, beer, and butter. That's it. http://www.recipezaar.com/Tastefully-Simple-Copycat-Beer-Bread-259441
