National Meatloaf Appreciation Day: Fresh From the Oven

Two summer ago, I made meatloaf on my BBQ and cooked it over oak wood. It actually turned out pretty good.

Grilled Cheese

If you've ever been to Argentina, they serve a dish there called Provoleta, which is a grilled slap of provolone cheese. A slap of cheese is lightly brushed with olive oil, dusted with oregano, salt and pepper and grilled until it's crisp on the outsite and gooey on the inside. It's an amazing dish, worth trying if you ever see it on the menu.
