HOT turkey sandwiches. I heat up some sliced breast meat in gravy and heat up the stuffing ......get some nice fresh rolls .....layer on the moist turkey and stuffing ...top with a little cranberry sauce ( if desired ) and VOILA !!! Delish ...............

If it's just for me, I'm happy with a sandwich of toasted rye, a slice of dark meat, ripe avocado, mayo, and a little fresh sage. My family is usually waiting for some variation of turkey tetrazini.
