Best Night For Eating Out?
If Bourdain's right, it should be Tuesday for the high end, the night when ingredients are most likely to be fresh and chefs are least likely to be hung over. That said, I'm best able to enjoy a marathon meal on Saturday when I'm most likely to be fresh and least likely to be hung over.
Restaurant delivery receipts: Why don't I get them in NYC?

Gastro-nerd cocktails didn't work so well with gastro-nerd cuisine at Room 4 Dessert. I had better luck with a middle of the road Riesling.
