I am looking for simple ways to add flavor to grilled meats and vegetables cooked on the grill. My neighbor mentioned using these flavored sea salts she has (lemon, rosemary, chili flavored etc.) as an easy way to acheive great flavor. Has anyone tried any of these flavored sea salts for grilling? If so, any good combinations to share?
I recently read something about sprinkling flavored sea salt on vanilla ice cream. Apparently it is a great combination. I keep hearing about different uses for these flavored salts. Has anyone tried them on ice cream or for any other unique applications?
I keep seeing and hearing more about all of the varieties of salt out there. What are the differences? Are certain types of salt better for certain applications? Is a certain type more natural or healthy? Please enlighten me.
I have been craving soup a lot lately and would love to make my own at home . Any good recipes to share?

I have also seen flavored finishing flake salts that are colored. For example, the citrus flavor is yellow, the chili flavor has a reddish hue and so on. I even saw black flake salt the other day and it caught my eye. Wondering if anyone has tried black flake salt and if so, what would you use it on?
