I'm allergic to wheat but not other gluten-containing grains, e.g. spelt, barley, etc. Also, bizarrely, raw bananas, broccoli, cauliflower, and quinoa. Boo.

Cowboy/Western-themed Food?

I need to bring a cowboy/western-themed appetizer(s) to my book club but I'm not feeling terribly creative at the moment! I'd rather not bring something so obvious as baked beans or cowboy cookies...any ideas?
