I love making 7 grain bread it tastes so much nicer than shop bought, and just lately have been making chelsea buns, I love them, and my waistline can attest to the fact that I can't stop eating them!

I have sourdough starter that's 5 years old. I love using that because it's supposed to do something for insulin - either make it come or make it go away - whatever it is that is good for diabetics.
