Hungry New Yorker in Raleigh/Durham

Anyone recommend any Asian food? Vietnamese, Korean, etc. I could very well make my own but it's nice to go out too. That and or Indian? Just curious. I'm looking for any fun interesting places. I brave the small shops with pride so even if it looks curious, I'll try it out.

Thanks!

Best Seltzer Maker?

Any one have a favorite or tried one they absolutely would not recommend? I'm ready to buy a home seltzer maker since I go through way too many bottles in a week!

Also I'm looking for plain water not soda or flavored.

Let me know, thanks!
