Looking for a good restaurant for steaks in the Bowery, LES, or Soho I am looking to stay at roughly $30-$40 per steak not including drinks and such for a group of guys.

I am staying near 87th and Broadway, and am looking for a good place to go for brunch on a weekend. Willing to take the subway within most of Manhattan. Closer is better though. Thanks for any suggestions.
