Looking for fresh quince in NYC
They have fresh local quinces at the General Greene in Brooklyn. I was there today and they had about 6 of them. It's right above the Lafayette Ave. C train.

There are also American Flatbread Restaurants in Waitsfield, VT, Middlebury, VT, Burlington, VT, and somewhere in VA outside DC.
You can also get frozen flatbread (not as good but sometimes has to be done) at Whole Foods and some other fancy grocery stores.
I recommend the Punctuated Equilibrium.
