i've been pardoning turkeys since 1989 so this meatless roasted vegetable loaf was once again my main thanksgiving dish.. it pairs perfectly with all of the traditional (and not so traditional) sides that you'll find at any thanksgiving table..
for cranberry lovers only.. packed with so many fresh and juicy cranberries it's hard for this tiny loaf-sized cake to stay intact.. two heaping tablespoons of fresh ginger distract the taste buds from all the tartness..
Rum soaked watermelon balls with fresh mint, lime juice and zest. Also, I used the watermelon shell and carved it so that it would hold the shot glass with the toothpicks for easy access!

cathyeats - thank for pointing that out! i'll update the link on my flickr.. meanwhile, here it is below (i subbed the beef with morning star crumbles but kept the egg and mozzarella - you can make it vegan by opting to use soy cheese and a flax egg.. enjoy!)
