Thanks for the list - appreciate it as a reference point to try new foods. As someone who was born and raised in NYC and also Chinese, would say that I have not gone wrong with any recommendations from all writers. Some shops are better at some dishes than others and it's kinda hard to try every single Chinese restaurant in the city. Keep the recs coming people with specific dishes at restaurants...do not be offended that some are left off...
