Salt, pepper, cast-iron skillet.
Ribeye, garlic salt and pepper, medium rare, seared on a cast iron skillet.

Chocolate glazed or apple cider donuts!
A good friend once gave me a jar of cherry-amaretto preserves--and I've never forgotten about it. The most delicious preserves I've EVER eaten.
Eating lots of pork!
My dad would probably be Italian sausage (or "sauseege," as he would say) on NY-style pizza.
Ice cream. Always ice cream.
Green Gables' cheeseburgers and cheese balls. YUM!
A grill definitely needs to be involved, along with corn on the cob, pasta salad, and ice cream!
Dry meat and a weak bun!
My favorite burger ever is from Green Gables in Lake Bloomington, IL. A double cheeseburger from the griddle with a side of cheese balls. Greasy, cheesy, and artery-clogging. YUM!
I'd have to go with a mojito too!

Blind Pig in Champaign, IL!
Chicken noodle soup!
Medium rare with blue cheese. Pretty simple. :)
I'm afraid I haven't used cookbooks very much as of late. I try not to splatter my phone or iPad, though. :)
Pork butt and belly!
Joy the Baker, of course!
I'll add my voice to the chorus: oysters and martinis for lunch!
The salted caramel swirl sounds delish!
Vanilla Swiss Almond!
