there is something to be said for the straight snacking approach, or alongside a good cracker like Potter's Crackers, but I also like it on top of homemade focaccia made with just some chickpea flour, like 1/4 cup.

Anyone enjoy eating at Sam's Club or Costco snack bar?

I don't shop at Sam's or Costco. But eating at IKEA is always fun. Part of that is that IKEA is a special trip for us. But the Swedish meatballs are great... also I have bought a jar of the Lingonberry jam to take home that's really good.

Walking in the country in the fall always makes me want to bake a pie. Apple muffins, yellow pepper risotto, bean soups, and I wholeheartedly second the vote for Indian Pudding!

Sure. Chicken Papantonio (chicken breasts with feta and fennel on a bed of spinach) , "Angry" fish (Hot! Peppers!), jerk tofu, various chilis of course.
