About: My "9 to 5" is a well established (50+years) locally founded chocolate company that sends its edible treasures in to the States and across international waters.
Favorite foods: Mung beans with a generous portion of Bittermelon leaves - bitter the better. Imu Pig and Turkey. My Dad's version of Pork Adobo dipped into a sauce mixture of Aloha shoyu and crushed Hawaiian chili pepper served with hot sticky rice.
Last bite on earth: It has to be from Roy's Restaurant.......marinated braised beef ribs pulehu (grill) and butterfish drenched with their house sauce (soy based).
