My favorite burger is the Rexburger from The Backyard in Rexburg, ID. It is a large patty served on a Kaiser roll with fresh tomato, onion, and lettuce then topped with "Backyard Sauce" (mayo mixed with Dijon and BBQ sauce). Cheese is optional, but delicious.
