Cook the Book: Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Hazelnut Pesto and Goat Cheese

Made it for company tonight as a first course and they loved it. The crispy edges of the mushrooms were divine. Pesto was good..I roasted and skinned the nuts first. I wasn't careful with measurements. The cheese was a little sharp with it, but I'm not sure exactly what kind of goat cheese to buy at the store.
