Funny this post is up because I haven't thought about RKTC in forever, but saw it at Walmart yesterday and almost picked it but for some silly reason I didn't. Kicking myself and debating a return trip to (even though back-to-back Walmart trips is depressing) to get it!

Though I've grown up in the South my entire life, my parents were from the Midwest, so we never had the traditional southern cooking. However, the different revivals, homecomings & fellowships at church gave me a great introduction to southern food. Great memories of chicken pot pie, traditional mac & cheese and every sweet imaginable!

Shows I will always watch, (even if I've already seen it!): Giada, Triple D, and Barefoot Contessa.

Can't stand Secrets of a Restaurant Chef, Sandra Lee, Iron Chef, Cooking for Real, Emeril, $10 Meal, Alex's Day Off and Big Daddy.

Wish I knew about the bakery when I was in Seattle this past August - definitely would have stopped in. Maybe worth a trip back... : )

Either: grande skinny hazelnut latte or grande non-fat misto! Sounds like a great idea right about now.

Any other location, I'll go with a cafe au lait since it's usually inexpensive and more fun than a regular coffee. But nothing beats the first sip of my Starbucks latte. It might be wrong but I love it!

fried hot dog - melt butter in frying pan, fry a split oscar meyer 100% beef frank until golden brown and crispy. Melt American cheese slice on top. For added goodness, butter and broil hot dog bun in oven. Place hot dog in bun and add your usual toppings. Also, makes me think of similar fried bologna sandwiches. Man, I love processed meat!
