Bread Baking: Banana Cinnamon Bread

Thanks so much for an alternative to normal banana bread! We always have a few super-brown bananas lying around. Made this bread last night and it was fantastic. It was so soft and comforting to eat with a smear of butter.

Cook the Book: Bay-Scented Chicken with Figs

I made this for dinner last night and it was lovely. I didn't have capers or ollives, so I left them out completely. I was a bit nervous that the sauce would be too sweet, but it turned out perfectly, and even my husband liked it! I didn't tell him there were prunes in it until after he ate it :)

Cook the Book: Easy Small Nemesis Chocolate Cake

Would this cake work with a swirl of white chocolate in it? I've had some bad (burnt) experiences trying to melt white chocolate.

Maybe mixing white chocolate chips in without melting them would work...
