@Ed: I think most New Yorkers might be over the Shake Shack burger - am I alone here? There is an amazing burger down in FiDi at a hotel bar - I would definitely add it to the list - at The Libertine..

I had never heard of a grass-fed burger until I stayed at one of the Thompson Hotels - in the financial district. The Libertine had the most amazing burger - I am now a dedicated grass-fed-meat eater! Can't wait to try P&B!
