I know that this is sacreligious, but...
I am with you on the egg-nog. I will *maybe* put a drop in coffee just get the in-laws off my back, but I can't stand the stuff. The deride me with phrases like "you eat BRAINS for crying out loud!"... but for some reason egg-nog is not where it's at.
Talk to me about offal.
I recently made the ravioli with calf brains (out of the Babbo cookbook) and it was to die for. Amazing.
