I would love to sit down with Martha Stewart and have one of her fabulous dishes fall outdoor feasts.

Italy - I would love to attend one of those large "alfresco" family feasts, because eveyone seems to be having a grand old time!
Hawaii - Can't decide on a small beach or over the top Hawaiian luaus. I've been to Walt Disney's Ohana (before the revamp), sadly none of the party wanted to do the Polynesian resorts luau.
China - I want to go back to the Summer Palace and have another sausage on a stick (tasted like a breakfast sausage infused with brown sugar!)...plus walk through the gardens and ride the dragon boats again.

Friends and I combed through her books for my bridal shower and wedding. We wound up using more decorating ideas then recipes.

One of the recipes we did use was for chunky chicken fruit salad. I'm a big fruit fan, so I added a few more then listed, such as large ripe Michigan cherries! It was such a big hit that the bowl was wiped clean within thirty minutes!

My favorite everyday cheese is Monterey Jack, but Brie for special occasions.

I love Zingerman's deli. I was fortunate enough to work within miles of their Ann Arbor store.

I like the meaty bits crisp enough to give a satisfying crunch, but the marbling as soft as butter. One day I will perfect my mother's trick at doing this.
