I believe that we can not really do anything of substance as it relates to eating healthy as we can not control the processing of the food before it gets to us..
I do believe that we can make the kitchen safer. So far I have not seen any "food safe" knife sharpeners on the market which conventionally introduce metal shavings, during the sharpening process before slicing any food, or will not rust. Anyone have any ideas on this let us know as it greatly concerns me as a dull knife is a dangerous knife but a knife that contains bacteria or metal shavings is even more dangerous to my family and friends.
