Russ & Daughter rules. A great brunch starts with queuing up at Russ & Daughters, ordering my choice of smoked salmon, some herring which they slice and add the onion/cream sauce and of course - some bagels and cream cheese. If I am feeling at all thin, I also get about 1/2 a lb of their rugalah. To die for...... I lvoe NY becasue I can walk to Russ & Daughters!!!!!

A D'artagnan turkey would be fabulous. I get hungry just thinking about the moist, rich meat. After reading through recipes on the site, my family will definitely be enjoying the SAUTEED BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH BACON as a side dish. Something different and a real compliment to the rest of our meal which, I sincerely hope, includes a real D'artagnan turkey.
