I literally just left New Orleans yesterday - so sad to miss out on Tales, but alas I had the real world to get back to. In any case, for those of you who are lucky enough to attend, make sure to sip an extra Sazerac for me and also check out this City Guide featuring some of my favorite local haunts. Have fun!!!
Yum! I love kofte! The Haydari looks absolutely delicious, I'll have to try it out. You also may like this recipe for Lamb, Barley and Pistachio Kofte. It's served with roasted eggplants and topped with pomegranate yogurt - enjoy!

Mmmm I was just introduced to mochi last summer - so good! Check out this similar variation of Moffles served with Green Tea Tofu Cream - delish!
Mmm I love pesto! For another tasty variation, try out this recipe for Kale and Pumpkin Seed Pesto. I'm sure you'll love it!
If you're in mood to whip up your own ketchup, try out this recipe for Homemade Spicy Ketchup which draws it's spicy kick from guajillo chile peppers. Enjoy!
Yum! This looks so good. I love curries of all kind - one of my personal favorites to cook myself is this recipe for Red Curry Chicken with Rice Noodles. Try it out and let me know what you think!
