The whole fish complement which I cannot get here in Wyoming!! Lox (well I can get good lox), smoked sturgeon, chubbs, whitefish, caviar. With good NYC bread, bagels, or bialys. It is really the NY water. Help me in Wyoming!!

I was a (very poor) barista about 12 years ago. The locals in our small Wyoming outpost of drip snobbery liked a cup of brewed coffee with a shot of espresso. They called it a "Shot in the Dark". So, probably not the most hippest thing to come out of wired.
