Last bite on earth: I hope it is a steak done well not a well done steak. A perfectly roasted chicken would be great. A lovingly prepared nori roll. One from James Denton would also be just dandy.
I would suggest blanching the bacon in water to reduce some of the slippery fat issue as well as insuring the bacon will crisp
