I've never had artichokes with mayo either. usually with lemon butter and once with a light vinegarette that was very tasty.

What kind of a dip/dressing is made with mayo? Would never have thought of that.

I enjoy following your posts. As a former personal chef, this is the type of cooking I did for my clients. I would cook several meals at one time for them in their homes; package them in portions for two or four; and store them in their fridge or freezer for them to eat throughout the week. Having homemade food ready to go on a work night is great for you both, and you have the bonus of spending time together. Sounds like fun.
