I love using lemon juice instead of lime juice. Also, a lil dash of garlic powder is a nice touch.

Jean-Georges's New ABC Elixir Juice Bar

will need to try this...I love Jean Georges. His cuisine and creations are always energy infused and mostly have some thoughtfulness about health.

Yum. I am so glad to see Bobby Flay doing a vegan recipe. I still hate that his MESA Grill in NYC is so un-vegan friendly!
