i went on a Brooklyn Brewery tour where he happened to be the guest tour guide that day! we chatted him up afterwards and thought he was just the bee's knees. but say -- does he look like Billy Ocean or is it just me?
Cook the Book: 'New Classic Family Dinners'
one of my favorite family meal/activities is make-your-own-kimbap roll night! everyone gets a plate, a soy sauce dish. there's a couple communal bowls of sushi rice. a pile of seaweed sheets. and then julienne slices of various veggies and omelet, roasted eel, avocado, roe, etc.... and we just stuff ourselves with customized hand rolls!
