The spring semester for college is about to start at of U of Alabama, as well as all over the U.S..I need some serious help with cooking in general, not even to mention doing it within budget!

Can anyone give me some suggestions on what I can make that is cheap, yet tasty? All I can think of right now is frozen chicken haaha?
