What's the stupidest thing you ever ordered at a restaurant?
Mexican food in Scotland - bad bad bad - and the margarita was even worse. So bitter you couldn't drink it and couldn't taste a drop of tequila. I live in LA with great mexican food on every corner - what was I thinking?
Meatloaf
Ina Garten's Turkey Meatloaf is fabulous. I always keep slices in the freezer and when I run out, I make another batch.

Chocolate Banana Caramel Cake
I made the recipe as printed. Yes, the batter was really thick, but I spread it in the pan and it turned out great and baked evenly.
I think I heated the glaze too long - it turned out crystally. Yummy, but much of it crumbled off.
I also added more chocolate (almost double) because my kids love chocolate. It was fine - I would have preferred the original amount but they liked it.

I concur with the above posts about TJ's frozen jasmine and brown rice. Lovelovelove it. 3 minutes. Perfect rice. We simply would not eat rice if it weren't for this product.
