Dinner: Impossible with Michael Symon?
I'll probably be stoned for this, but I think Michael Symon is completely overrated. If you have eaten at his restaurant you will find that the food is not complicated, technically or otherwise, and is a little boring. I have had meals from other chefs in Cleveland that blow him away and are way better chefs and are more interesting. For instance, Chef Denise Demmitt worked in the same kitchens as Symon and throws down a more interesting, intense meal than Symon. Irvine should stay.
