What are your variations on cornbread?
I love to cook cornbread in the form of muffins, mainly Jiffy muffins. I just follow the recipe and add the sugar for sweetness.
If you could have any chef cook you dinner, who would it be?
I say anyone from the Food Network. But I would say Rachael Ray,especially because everything will be ready in 30 minutes!

Morimoto's Cookbook Can Be Yours This Weekend
To me when it comes to Iron Chef America, it's a toss up between Cat Cora, Morimoto, Bobby Flay, and Mario Batali which I liked all of them. But I have to go with Bobby Flay. But for the original, I would say either Sakai or Kenchi.

I love strawberry cheesecake! But I also love Snickers cheesecake and my cousin's bluberry cheesecake.

I love my pancakes! I love them whether I use Jiffy or Bisquick when I make breakfast. Love them A LOT better than IHOP's pancakes.
