There's not much that would bother me with how one eats their pizza, but eating the toppings off of it without eating the crust? I just feel bad for you. It's no longer pizza at this point.

I don't care if you use a knife and fork, but at least eat the crust too. Otherwise, just eat a lasagna.

There's a burger almost exactly the same at an Irish pub here (virginia) called Ned Devines.

It's damn tasty, and they do list the beet and pineapple on the menu.

I use a different method, and only get one hand dirty. I eat the meat along the outside of the thin bone, then yank it out with my teeth, one side at a time. Then I eat the rest like a drumstick.

That might go well with Alton Brown's avocado ice cream (it was in a good eats episode)

to piggyback this thread, what about good fish mongers in the area? I'm particularly interested in the Northern VA area, and specifically for sushi-grade fish. The only places I know of are the asian markets (H-mart, grandmart), and the one fish monger in Great Falls (Cannon). Any others?

I love H-mart (we also have a "Grand-mart" here in Virginia). It's where I buy my sushi grade salmon! I make sushi at home every week (I think that's really how I won over my gf), and the salmon is incredible.

It's also where I get my 20 pound bags of rice, 2 pound bag of wasabi (just twice the price of the 4 ounce can!) and durian! (just kidding about the durian. They have it there, but I sure don't want the smell of rotting death in my house!)
