Seriously Italian: Onion and Rosemary Confiturra
I made this last weekend, and let me tell you, the aroma this gave off while cooking was wonderful! Mellow onion smell, honey and rosemary. The "jam" that this yields is great on eggs, pizza, sandwiches and even backed into a meatloaf. Make this! And then store it fresh or frozen.

There is a bar/restaurant called Maru on 32nd street in KTown NYC that serves a cocktail featuring this little drink. It is so tasty! If you are a fan, I would go seek this out.

This was delicious. Tasted even better the next day. Follow the recipe exactly and you will be pleased with the results. I might throw in a little feta next time to compliment the Mediterranean/Greek flavors.
