Grilling: Gazpacho

Ooops sorry, I forgot: please use just fresh ingredients for this, don't grill or char anything for this for it would absolutely lose its idiosyncratic fresh taste.

Grilling: Gazpacho

Pardon my English. Here's my advice: remove the black pepper, the bread and the chopped fresh herbs from the equation (this beverage is not meant to be that heavy and I personally abuse cucumber). Don't add that much water while prepairing and keep it as a concentrate as possible in the fridge's top shelf, then add as much cold water as you please just prior to drinking. And most important: don't always treat it as a primer please. It's a superb healthy and refreshing drink throughout the day. When served as a primer chop cured iberian ham, onion, cucumber (again), bread and/or fries into dice and place in bowls in the middle of the table to add to it as you please.
