i used to work on 11th and L and went to this cart at least once a week. now i'm at metro center, so it's a bit of a hike, but definitely worth it! it's reasonably priced too. the food is more than enough for 2 meals, so you'll have leftovers, but it's priced comparable to other lunches in the dc. for $7, you get at least two filling meals. can't beat that!
