I have just tried the first batch and they are chewy but came out rather flat. I think if by whipping the egg white, it may make the macarons stand better. I am going to experiment the second batch. Thanks for the recipe

Went home and had this for dinner, fantastic! Miso butter may be my new best friend.

Looks very good. The suggestion I would make is to lower the oven heat to 350 and just drizzle with the olive oil. I usually roast my asparagus and have found that those settings get the most compliments from my guests. Thanks for the Miso idea.

Do you eat this like a gogurt. Or do you stick a stick in it after the last message? I like making things with the grandboys, but not too messy. Is this just best in a bowl ? Would they have a feeling of accomplishment?
