A Lomito Sandwich. I first had this dish at restaurant in the Palermo neighborhood of Beunos Aires at a small restaurant run by three older women. The sandwich consisted of grilled flat bread, a layer of grilled sirloin, topped with a layer of ham, topped with a layer of cheese, and then finally finished off with a fried egg and some lettuce. It came with three different kinds of sauces and was one of the most amazing things I ate on my trip to Argentina.
