Shrimp and Bay Scallops
So I have about 2 pounds of Bay Scallops and 1 pound of shrimp (don't need to use them all at one time) and I live by myself. I am looking for recipies that DO NOT involve many ingredients as I am trying to cook on a budget as well.
I've actually always wondered, having never had a chicken pot pie, if you make a large one, how do you serve it? when you cut it and serve it doesn't all the broth and everything come spilling out?
