I absolutely love quiche - it is one of those special treat dishes for me. I always reminisce about the holidays when I taste one! Though, I do have one funny anecdote. Upon bringing a quiche to an SEC tailgate, everyone looked at it inquisitively was afraid of the texture by looking at the "egg pie." Once they tasted it, they were converted!
The outdoor taco bar does sound like a great idea. The ability to make everything ahead allows for much more...enjoyment of the festivities. Especially if you go @AnnieNT with the Margarita pitchers!

I'm not a fan of boullion, but that might be because I've typically purchased stuff on the cheaper side. I agree with @maddprofessor I stick with "Better than Bouillon" too.
Nothing beats a rib-eye hot off the grill with some grilled fresh pineapple.
