One place to eat in Boston

I was looking for more classic Boston dishes that I can't get back in SF. For example, if someone came to SF we would get a Mission Burrito and a sandwich from Ikes Place, pizza from the Cheeseboard, etc. This thread is great, but I was looking more for can't miss Boston Favorites rather than restaurant recommendations.

I am cooking for more than 30 people. One turkey isn't going to do it. What other kind of protein would you cook to complement the usual side dishes?

The Best Sandwich in San Francisco's Mission, Part 1: Grilled Cheese

I have to echo Mission Cheese as by far the best. Great atmosphere, reasonably priced for the portion and you can get a decent glass of wine to boot. The apple one is my second favorite, right behind the pork.

One place to eat in Boston

Hey everyone! I am in town in Boston for a week with a crazy schedule. I am willing to make one trek for some unforgettable food. I am thinking things like El Paseo in Seattle or burrito in the Mission in SF. So if you have to recommend one thing that is a must have, what would it be?
