Zaitzeff: The Best Damn Burger I've Had in a Long Time
Oh also, forgot about the restaurant itself. Flies everywhere, rats running around on the street outside.
Zaitzeff: The Best Damn Burger I've Had in a Long Time
Gotta disagree with you guys. Tried it yesterday and the cash spent to enjoyment ratio was not good. First, the good: didn't know the meet was grass fed til i read the review today but the meat did have a nice, distinct flavor. I liked the cheese too, although it was ridiculously expensive for the slice. The portugese bun was also really nice. The mixed fries were not bad either. OK, the bad: way too expensive. I got the quarter pound burger with cheese. 10$, for a burger with seemingly less meat than 2 5 guys patties. The burger itself was not one of the better griddle cooked burgers ever, it was almost mushy on the outside. And I'm not an anti-griddle guy at all (JG Melon is my favorite). Pretty weak, all in all 30 dollars for dinner.
Need a Curry Chicken Recipe
i get totally frustrated because no matter how many times i try to make it, i can never make my curry taste as good as the trader joe's thai red (or yellow) chicken curry sauce IN A JAR. sigh.............

Who has grilled pizza?
Thanks folks! Turns out we had 25 people, not 20... but it went beautifully!
I used prepackaged dough this time, and defrosted it that morning. Before company arrived i rolled out the dough into individual oval shaped pies (about 4 ounces per person) and grilled it on both sides just till slightly browned. I set them aside, and when we were ready to serve dinner everyone topped their own pie, and i grilled them on a tin tray, with the grill cover closed (when i tried it without the tin it ended up burning). It did take longer than expected for the cheese to melt, but still fast enough where people werent waiting too long.
They all heated and crisped up perfectly. No one there had ever even heard of grilled pizza before, and were all blown away by it. Completely sucessful! Next time I'll do it only with a smaller group, but it wasn't at all as scary as I thought it would be.
