Well, this show isn't about the cooking, really. It's about the people. Becoming attached to their style of cooking, their ingenuity, etc. This season, especially, there are no innovations going on at all. The food hasn't been at all creative, just good enough to get by, or to serve in a meiocre restaurant.
A table of shame would be hilarious! Someone should recreate it, and post the service of it and the reactions on youtube!
By the way, I've seen a lot of rumours about Padme's usage of herbs in ways other than eating. Did anyone else notice her in the scene where the top chefs deplaned in Newark? It looks like she flew on Jamaica Air.
