Went there last week and I'm sorry to say that the food was pretty bad. 3 of the 4 dishes were overcooked and bland. But that was in the back restaurant. I would try the Tap Room, because I couldn't believe how disappointing it was.
Ed Levine's Serious Diet, Week 87: Do Weights Help You Lose Weight?
A recent article in Time magazine actually said that excercise does not help you lose weight and that it is all diet.
