Dinner Tonight: Greek Pasta with Sausage and Cheese

I made this today (using bulk Italian sausage instead of links) and it's incredible! No need to season with salt or pepper at the end. Nicely balanced flavors - I'd make this again. Just give your pasta prep a head start; the sauce comes together more quickly than the recipe suggests.

Video: Betty White's Muffin Skit on SNL

I thought the skit was hilarious too... BUT it's all thanks to Betty White. Gasteyer blew her lines all night (drunk?) and, at least in this skit, Shannon looked like she wished she was anywhere but back on SNL. But Betty rocked!

Mario Unclogged: Spaghetti al Pomodoro

My goodness, I just made this for lunch and it was amazing! No sungolds down here in Houston (that I can find) but the regular red tomatoes were splendid.

Cook the Book: Serves One

I cook for myself quite a bit (like, always) and love to make a big juicy burger. Lately I've been trying to duplicate the "Hidden Agenda" burger from The Standard in LA - combining cheddar cheese and jalapeno buts with the meat. Yum!
