I'm assuming that you can't leave the ThermoPop or ThermoPen inside the oven. For roasting meat in the oven, isn't it preferable to use a thermometer with a long probe that can go from inside the meat in the oven to the thermometer outside the oven? Can you recommend one of those?
I'm in New York City and looking for a Caja China. I'd like to purchase a used one, or borrow or rent. Anyone know where I can find one?
